Shortcuts do not work

Before, pressing enter would create a new branch, and pressing the tab key would create a child topic, but now? Even if I press enter, it doesn't respond, and the shift menu bar just keeps appearing, so the shortcuts don't work at all. What should I do?

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps are affected
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
• Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

I have the same question! Mindmeister used to be VERY fast and easy to use because of "ETNER" and "TAB" and now they do nothing.

have you reached out to the Support team yet and reported the issue? This is really important, otherwise the MindMeister team cannot look further into the issue and investigate.

No, i did not contact support because i found a different thread that mentioned how new mindmeister relies heavily on cookies/cache. so i cleared my cookies/cache and now my keystroke functions are back. each time they stop working, i have to hard-refresh the page. so it works again, but it’s a little frustrating to use with the need to hard refresh intermittently.
