Não consigo ver meus MM no Aplicativo, sou o plano pessoal, e não consigo ver nenhum trabalho meu pelo aplicativo, como devo fazer???

Sim, já desistalei e instalei
Sim, é o plano Pago (pessoal)

    I just checked your account for you and see that your Personal account has 2 mind maps.

    Please double check that you are logging in with the correct email address. Sometimes users have a paying account and a Basic account, and log in with a different email.

    If you are definitely logging in with the Personal email, let me know and I'll continue the investigation.

    olá, realmente estou conectado com a conta paga no pacote Personal, e eu nao consigo abrir os meus mapas mentais pelo App no celular, somente pelo computador…
    ele fica atualizando e mostra que não tem nenhum mapa…

    Acesso Liberado, incluseve estava fazendo um funil agora mesmo e apertei em voltar ao menu principal para eu poder pegar alguns dados, e simplesmente não salvou nada
