Issue with Information Saving in Your Service

Dear Maister team.
I am experiencing a serious issue with your service. Over the past few days, the information I entered into the mind map has not been saved on five separate occasions. These were large amounts of valuable data that I was writing in a stream of consciousness, and their loss is causing me a lot of frustration.
As a result, I am hesitant to continue using your service. Please resolve this issue and let me know when it has been fixed.

I would recommend to reach out to Meister's Support Team and send them the details that you wrote above. You can contact them here. Please make sure to send them more details and information:
- include which account (your email address) and mind map (the name of the mind map) are affected
- Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access
- Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
