Export MindManager doesn`t work

When I make a export in Mindmanager format and open it in MindManager Original software, MindManager shut down. There ist no possibility, to open these exported mmap-file in MindManager. Something goes wrong in the export functionality. I use MAC OS current version.

    what software do you use to create the export? If you use MindManager then I would recommend to reach out to the MindManage Support or their Community.

    In this case, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

    When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

    • include which account and mind maps are affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
    • Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    I have the same problem.
    For over a week now, neither printing nor exporting the mind maps as PDF or png, jpg has worked.
    It would be nice if the problem could be fixed soon, because sending my customers a screenshot of their website structure is not exactly professional

    This is happening to me - and I have a major piece of work that is relying on these maps being exported as a PDF. I have contacted support and have still received no feedback or help.

    I would recommend that you also reach out to the support team, as described above. This helps them to realize that the issues seems to be affecting more users. That will help with the investigation of this issue and bump its priority.
