Is anyone else frustrated by the lack of response from the MindMeister team?
I've been submitting feature requests in the forums for years with little to no feedback. The fact that we pay for this service yet have no direct way to submit support tickets to staff is beyond frustrating. We're forced to rely on the forums, but staff participation there is minimal at best.
As paying customers, we should expect timely responses and a clear avenue for addressing our suggestions. Has anyone else experienced this lack of support?
Anyway, here are some of the recent issues that's been disrupting my workflow since the lastest update:
- The new list layout in org charts is a welcome return, however, there's a critical missing feature from previous versions.
It is no longer possible to apply the list layout to multiple nodes simultaneously.
This was a simple process before and is now extremely tedious having to apply the layout to each node individually.This needs to be addressed urgently as it significantly impacts efficiency and workflow.
- Clicking on the layout button sometimes don't work, requiring a refresh.
It would be helpful if MindMeister introduced a more direct way to submit feedback and track feature requests, perhaps a support ticket system or a public roadmap where users can see what’s being worked on.
If anyone else has experienced similar issues or has other suggestions, please share them here. The more we discuss this as a community, the better chance we have of getting noticed.

At this point, I’ve honestly lost hope in submitting any more feature requests here because there’s no engagement from the team. I have over 50 (I believe useful) ideas that could greatly improve the platform, but if there's no interest in hearing them, I’d rather send them to competitors who are more responsive to their community.
