How do I get the previous version to work?

Hi!

Yesterday I used Mindmeister to make a mindmap. It was not a lot of work but there were a LOT of good thoughts in there. I closed the mindmap once before and got to work on it later without a problem. I checked previous versions, and there was a timetable which I could click. Imagine my surprise, when I gotten a paid account and suddenly not only all my changes were removed, but also when I click the 'versions' folder, the menu dissappears (it folds back?) and the timetable is not visible anymore. Does not matter how often I click it, if I log in again or if I refresh the page: it can not be done. I have contacted customer service but in the meantime I am also hoping to figure out how to avoid this in the future, since I just got a paid plan and I don't want to keep losing work and spend time on these things. I was kinda hoping it would be done by now. So any help or tips are welcome!

The other menu options are working just fine, it is just the 'versions' folder.

    Hi,

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of this happening?

    Thanks.

That looks odd. Could you share it with our tehcnical Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

    • include which account and mind maps are affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access
    • Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
