Thank you very much.
To be honest, i don't get the process 100%. If i change my map to team-map all my team members will get "edit-access". i Cannot change to view-only - correct? As my tests show, if i remove the map from "team-maps", users who were looking "into the map" and added something still have access - is this correct?

Hi @Oliver Wich ,
thanks for trying out the new feature:
- If you change the map to team maps, the following happens: everyone gets access, but that does not mean they get "edit" access:
- All team members who didn’t previously have access will now receive editing access
- Existing access levels for team members who already have access will stay the same. For example, team members with view-only access will keep view-only access.
- Additionally, you can always use the "Share" window, to narrow down the access, and give certain team members just "view-only" access.
- If you remove the map from team-maps, then you easily check who has access with the "Share" window. The sharing settings that are set in the "Share" window will remain.
Basically, the new Team maps category makes it super easy to share a mind map with the whole team at once.
If you need specific control of the type of access, then I would recommend using the "Share" window to specify "view-only" access.1 - If you change the map to team maps, the following happens: everyone gets access, but that does not mean they get "edit" access:

@Cornelia Patscheider Thank you very much. I think i got it now
Whats irritates me is:why is the default setting on "edit" and not "read-only". If my whole team is starting to edit (maybe by accident) the map will be a mess within hours, so i think this point is essential if anyone with a larger team should use this feature.
Not everyone i a team is a pro user. Maps can easily be changed by accident and maybe i just want the management to edit a map and not the intern.
