Adding numbers to sub subjects

I used the template decision matrix. In the template there are numbers from one to three in the subjects. But I can not find where to add a number in the style that it is in the template. See picture for reference. Copying a previous subject does not work either, because the number stays the same and I can not seem to change it.

I have a premium account. Can somebody tell me how I can add numbers in the style of the template, or where I can find an option to do so?

Hey,

The template uses icons to add the numbers. You can do the same!

Ah, thank you, I could not find how it was supposed to work! While I have you here… I am also having trouble copying or adding the blue striped ribbon next to the sub subjects. Can you maybe help with that too? Thank you very much in advance!

If you look at the picture I sent for the first question you see what I mean, the blue stripe with subjects. I can not find how to duplicate that or make one myself.

Do you mean this maybe? Changing the layout to list view?
