ios app broken - can't add sibling - option (+) not appearing using iOS app - any ideas?

• iPhone 15 pro
• iOS 18
• freshly downloaded latest version of mind meister for iOS

Thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps are affected
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
• Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

thanks, and as per your reply:

• all of my maps are affected, and they are all newly created in the last week
• account access granted
• 
  please note the issue is with the mobile app, so not sure what to make of chrome developer tool request - regardless screen shot added for your reference

I would recommend contacting the Meister Support team with this issue. Here is a guide how you can get in touch with them.

It would be great if you can make a screen recording on your phone, so that the support team can visually see the issue.

Please also send the logs, that will help expedite the inquiry.
