Data lost today

Hi,

I lost some parts of my mindmaps today around 16:30 (french hour).

It has been canceled. I tried to push "Back" but it seems impossible.

Is it possible to have support to get it back ?

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account (email address) is affected
• It would be great if you can make a screen recording on your phone, so that the support team can visually see how you try to login and what happens with the issue.
• Please also send the logs, that will help expedite the inquiry.
