How can I restore missing/deleted work?

Hi. I am using Mind Maps for a school project. I really love it as a tool for organizing my ideas and research. While I was working a window popped up saying a problem occurred and to refresh the page. I did, and when the page showed up the Mind Map was completely blank. All that was there was the title as "My New Mind Map." Is there a way to get back all of my work without updating to Pro? Thank you for your help!

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account (email address) is affected
• It would be great if you can make a screen recording on your phone, so that the support team can visually see how you try to login and what happens with the issue.
• Please also send the logs, that will help expedite the inquiry.
