Essa é a SEGUNDA vez que eu crio um mapa com suor e dedicação e essa FERRAMENTA LIXO some com o meu mapa. E o pior: não consigo restaurar a versão e o suporte é tão lixo quanto a ferramenta… até hoje espero o tratamento de um ticket aberto há MESES. E o mais revoltante é ter que PAGAR para esse tipo de situação!

E não me venham com conversinha mole não… é REVOLTANTE mesmo quando você emprega suor, trabalho e dedicação que são jogados no lixo por uma ferramenta lixo!

• include which account (email address) is affected
• It would be great if you can make a screen recording on your phone, so that the support team can visually see how you try to login and what happens with the issue.
• Please also send the logs, that will help expedite the inquiry.
