My Map Has Disappeared

I created a map on Friday, December 20th, and today, I tried to access it but cannot find it anywhere—not even in the trash. This is an important piece of content that I need, and it seems to have disappeared from my account.

I have searched thoroughly but without success. Could you please help me recover it or guide me on what steps to take?

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account (email address) is affected
• It would be great if you can make a screen recording on your phone, so that the support team can visually see how you try to login and what happens with the issue.
• Please also send the logs, that will help expedite the inquiry.
