Moving a branch causes consistent errors (yet another example of unreliability of the tool)
I am simply moving a branch from one side of a map to another… and I get this error.
(Consistently)
and the comment about the team knowing about this made me laugh.
I've had this before in other contexts…
Lost faith in the tool:
After previously losing a complete set of branches (and not seeing theim in the edit timeline), I've lost faith in a tool that I used to be a big fan of.
What an unreliable mess of an application.
I've interacted with support in the past, and to be honest, I was not impressed with their response.
I don't know what caused the previous problem (no explanation was given), and I got handed a "its fixed now". I guess the same will happen here.
Development team are disjointed from the reality of the tool somehow.
What testing are you doing to make sure simple use cases are satisfied as a minimum (on all browsers…. I'm using Edge)
I have a fast internet connection, and the PC has enough processing power.
Why doesn't this tool act in a reliable way and helping me avoid wasting my time posting and working around bugs? … :(
