My Map No Longer Uploads Files -- Why? Does Support Exist?

When I go to the Mindmeister forum it's all about giving Mindmeister ideas. How about making it easy to report a bug? I just want to upload a file to a map node like I used to be able to do. When I do it on my map it just hangs and never finished the upload.
