Right Shift Key on My Computer not working normally, opening

Within Node's "Add Note" section, I am wanting to perform the simple task of adding a question mark (?) to my text. I typically use the Right-shift key to add a question mark, as it is close and feels natural.

However, whenever I click the right-shift key, the "Note section" is exited and instead several popups appear: 2 Styling pop-ups and also the "Add Link" pop-up. (seen below)

This issue does not happen with the left-shift key, and the issue does not happen anywhere else on my computer except on MindMeister access via Edge Browser. What is going on?

Actually, no MindMeister shortcut is working correctly on this computer. That is to say, TAB doesn't add a sub-topic, RETURN doesn't add a sibling topic, etc.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps are affected
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
• Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open while using the keyboard shortcuts. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
