Mind maps too big and how to get text version to google doc

Hey community!

I have a problem with my mind maps: they're always way too big! When I print them for my students they have to initiate their "eagle eye view" to read :-). Know I can split them up, but I don't want to. I recently found a button to outline it as a text or summary ( button bottom left). I wanted to select it and copy it to google doc, but I can't select the whole text (no ctrl+A), only line per line. It woud be nice if someone could help me out. The mind mapping helps me to initiate structure (for me and the students) and if I can get the text I can also integrate pictures etc.
