WHAT IN THE HECK HAPPENED TO MY MINDMAPS THAT I JUST SPENT 1.5 HOURS CREATING?
I upgraded to Personal and them came back to my Maps and only the original templates were showing up - not with all the changes I've spent over 1.5 hours creating. Nothing is in trash, I didn't delete them. I have screenshots of the pages with titles of the Mindmaps in my browser history timestamped. I tried the "restore versions" recommendations, but then I get the pop-up Restoring Failed - something went wrong while restoring. Please try again. NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.
When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:- include which account (= your email address that is linked to your account) and mind maps (name of the mind or an URL for example) are affected
- Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access
- Please send any screenshots that you have

I contacted support already but didn't see a way to send photos. I did include my email as well. I will try the "enable access" you mentioned. I haven't heard back yet unfortunately.

They still haven't replied. What a crappy company. I am disputing my paypal charge that I paid to upgrade to hopefully help with restoring my mindmaps

I created this MindMap, then it disappeared from my account and only the template I used to create it is now visible in my account.

This is the other MindMap I created from a template that disappeared, is not in the trash, so I cannot restore it.

I am sorry that you're experiencing this issue, I can understand that this is a very frustrating situation.
Meister offers different level of support. If you are interested in what level of Support offers, then you can find more information here. Subscribers on the Pro- and Business-Plan receive Priority Support.
I just checked in the backend system, and can see that no ticket has been submitted by danabooklady@gmail.com. If you reached out to Support then you should also have gotten a confirmation email that you submitted a ticket. If you did not get any confirmation, then I would recommend trying again because it seems like your last ticket submission was not successful. I hope that helps.0 -
