Granting Access Questions

I am a Researcher at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. I am trying to use mindmeister with my research students to conduct multiple research projects and track our progress. I am currently a pro member, however my students are not. The issue I am running into is granting them access to maps and tasks. Do they have to have a Pro subscription as well?

    Hi @Liliani Vieira ,

    If you are on a pro subscription, then you can easily share your mind maps with others.

    If the other user has a free Basic subscription, then he/she needs to create a MindMeister account and then can easily work on your mind maps.

    The biggest limitation on the free Basic plan is, that the other user can only access 3 mind maps. So if you shared more than 3 mind maps with them, then they will only have access to 3 of them. I hope that helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
