I cannot update my creditcard info.

There seems to be a bug on the website: I enter the new credit card info, get to the 1€ payment (why the **** make us pay for that, it could as well be 0€ just to check that the connection works), get the confirmation on the bank part and then back to the website… with the old info that sticks.

I've asked the support through the chat already… and 0 answer.

I cannot access my maps anymore and this is big trouble for me.

    Thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this payment issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail. (You can also tell the bot that you would like to speak to a human, and then you will be able to contact the support team directly.)

    When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

    • include which account (=email address that the account belongs to) is affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
    • Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    Thanks for your reply @Cornelia Patscheider. Reached out twice to the support team through the chatbot. 0 reply so far… I paid using Paypal but it is not optimal at all
