Resource not found error

HELP - now I can't choose a category!!! This is bananas, i cannot submit a question without choosing a category, but I am not able to select a category - what is going on

I am working on a map and it keeps giving me a resource not found eroor. I originally was trying to delete an item on the map and the WHOLE line (I had like 8 or 9 pieces - "children" ALL deleted, when I hit the undo button it only restored the item i was trying to delete and not all the elements I need to keep. So i decided to go to a version history from one minute prior and restore it. Which worked…but now every time I go to add, change, or do ANYthing to the map it automatically deletes as soon as I click out of the box - HELP please!!!

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your mind map. I would recommend trying the following basic troubleshooting steps:

• Refreshing the web browsers
• Opening the mind map in a different web browser or a private tab
• Log out of and login to your account

If that does not help, then I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account and mind maps (name or URL) are affected
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
• Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open to show the issue. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).
