Urgent Billing Support?

The billing information on our latest invoice is wrong. I've been trying to get help from support for two weeks, but I haven't received a real response, just automated messages. Is there a phone number we can call for support? The chat bot hasn't been helpful either, and since we're on a Pro plan, I didn't think I would have to wait this long for help.

    I am sorry to hear that you have to deal with an issue. I just checked in the backend, I can confirm that you successfully reached the support team on Jan 27, and that you added several messages to the same issue since then.

    The dedicated support team at Meister will take a look at this and get back to you via email. So no worries, they will get back to you.

    (Unfortunately, Priority Support is only available for Business and Enterprise customers, and not available at the Pro plan. You can find out more about what kind of support is available in detail here.)
