Maps not being saved.....

Hope someone can help me.
I have created 2 new maps, and the software seems to fail to save them. This has been going on for 6 months or so.
I lost new maps while old ones are still intact.

I have paid for a year and there should be no limit on how many I can save.
In fact, both 2 maps are saved as "my new mind map" and empty inside.

Any solution?

thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail, so that they can investigate this issue.

When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

• include which account (=your email address) and mind maps (=URL of affected mind map).
• Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
• Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open while you try to save something. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

What do you mean by "while you try to save something. "
I thought everything gets saved automatically?

If there's any way I can save manually, I would!

yes, you are totally right. It should be saved manually.

If I understand your issue correctly, then the content that you create in a mind map is not automatically saved, right?

It would be great to make a video, to record your issue "the software seems to fail to save", so that the Support team can investigate this in detail.
