Bug: Web browser don’t work / white page / blank page

When I try to work on the mind map on my pc the whole page just goes white. I have tried everything to troubleshoot but nothing works. And support don’t answer. Anyone else who has this problem?

    I am sorry that you have to deal with this issue. Unfortunately, several users have reported this problem since yesterday. The MindMeister team is currently looking into it.

    I'll update you in this thread, if I get any news from the MindMeister team.

    You also mentioned, that you contacted the support team. Thank you for doing that, that is the best way to inquire help when facing a bug. I can confirm that the Support team has received your ticket and will get back to you :)

    Hi all!

    I have a problem that the link to my map links me to blank page and even a link to mindmeister.com which gets directed to /app/folders leads me to a blank page.

    I tried deleting cache, different browsers, restarting, etc. but the problem is still there.

    Anyone experienced similar issue? I have contacted the support team but I have notes in my map that I could use asap.

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear that you are facing an issue. Can you describe the issue more please? What does the blank page look like? Is it a white page?

    Or are you just not finding the mind maps you created? If you have trouble finding your mind maps, then I would recommend navigating to the areas "Team maps" or "My maps" in the left sidebar to see if you can find them there.

    Hi Cornelia!

    Thank you for such a quick response.

    I basically cannot access Mindmeister at all. I can access the home page when I delete cache but after logging in with a Google account it leads me to a white blank page again. Not sure what I could do on my side to sort it.

    I just have to grab some notes that took me long time to make.

    Your application at www.mindmeister.com/app/maps/team is completely broken…

    After logging in, all I see is an empty, white page. I checked the devtools console and discovered errors with translations. I had to switch my Chrome from Czech language to English just to get your app to work…

    Please fix this…

    Hello! I cant log into my accound on mindmeister, when I try im presented with a white screen that wont go away.

    When I clear my cache im naturally logged out of Mindmeister, then I can access whatever you can when youre loggen out. But the second I click on any "log in" or "create acount" or such buttons im redirected to a white sceen and then I cant access any part of the website without clearing my cache. Ive tried direct links to different mind maps and all of them lead to this same white screen.

    Ive tried, restarting my computer, clear my cache, tried in incognito mode but to no avail.

    Does anyone know why this is? It would be nice to be able to use mindmeister again

    I am very sorry you had to deal with this issue. I just heard from the MindMeister team, that the bug should be fixed and everything should work normally again.

    Yea! It seems fixed, but whatever solution that worked seems to have deleted my most recent mindmap…
