Lost Info Retrieved

Has anyone been able to retrieve lost information? I spent hours meticulously creating a mindmap last night only to find about half of it when I went back in to look at it today. I see a place for "versions" (as I am on a paid plan), but NONE of the versions had my complete information. I have sent a request to support, but have received something back in German so I have no idea if what was sent was meant to help me. Has anyone been able to get lost info back? I am beyond frustrated.
