Mindmeister App error - There was a problem reaching this app

We added the Mindmeister app as a tab in a Team in Microsoft Teams.
We cannot get this working. It takes some time to load, and after that message is displayed: "There was a problem reaching this app".
This behaviour is the same for all users, and for every Team we add this app to.
Does anybody have an idea how this can be solved?
