Shared Mind Map Not Visible to Others – Is This a Bug?

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble sharing mind maps with others. Even when I click “Share” and set the visibility to "Anyone can view," the other person still can’t access or see the map.
The same issue happens in reverse—when someone shares a mind map with me, I can’t view it either.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Is this a known bug, or am I missing something in the settings?
Would really appreciate any advice or solutions!

I am sorry that you faced this unexpected behavior, I can understand how frustrating this must be. This bug war reported by multiple users and the MindMeister team looked into it and made some changes. It should now work again. I hope that helps :)

Hi, I have currently the same issues, it seems that published mind maps are not working anymore, only if you are logged in into mindmeister.

Thank you for your comment. In my case, both I and the other person are logged in. We’re also using the upgraded paid version, but we still can’t share or access each other’s mind maps…
