Is Meister down? I can't access my home page

For the past 4 days now, I have not had access to my home page, which means I can not access my maps. I am a teacher who unfortunately relies on this platform. Can anyone help? Support never answered my emails.
I have tried everything, from resetting and updating my computer to using a different one. cleaning cookies. you name it. I can access individual maps is I have their link on my browser, but I can not edit them because sometimes they crash.
I really need help, shame on me for relying my classes on a company like this.

I am very sorry to hear about your issue, that sound very frustrating. I would recommend trying:

• Use this link to login: https://www.mindmeister.com/app/home
• Try another browser
• Try the incognito browser version
• Delete cache and cookies of the browser

You already pointed out that you tried a lot of different options, so if these are things that you already tried, then I am sorry to hear that the issue still persists.

I took a look at the backend, and can confirm that the Support Team at Meister received two inquiries. I will talk to the Support Team and see that someone takes a look at the issue soon.

Can you please also send the following information to the Support team? You can just reply on the email confirmation, that you received when contacting support.

• Type of browser and browser version that you are using
