When you’ve finished a project, it’s easy to tidy it away to the back of your head and forget about it. But don't! Doing a project retrospective brings so much value 🌟 - it’s really worth taking the time for it, and you'll thank yourself during future projects.

To make it easier, you can use our Project Retrospective template which includes everything you need to prepare for a “lessons learned” workshop, including: what you learned, what you can improve and action items. It also includes notes asking the right questions to inspire you to reflect, and a space for your project overview so you know which project you're considering.
