Why can't I see the option to change time zone ?

As you can see in the screenshot (desktop web version), the option to change the time zone simply isn't there. Some tasks I have scheduled for the afternoon are showing up before dawn on my google calendar. But it's not consistent -- other tasks show up at the correct time. This makes meistertask essentially useless for scheduling tasks.

Has the time zone control been moved? I can't find it anywhere
