Please help! lost access to my account!

I have had an account registered to a certain email. I could not make a payment for the new tariff because the system wouldn't let me change the details of the debit card. I was only able to change my address. Now i do not have an access to the account at all. How can I recover the access to my account and change the billing card? Is there an Email address I can send an enquiry to?
