Payment Not Going Through - what do I do?
Hello, my name is Marcos.
I'm contacting you because i have a payment issue on my account. I paid for the month, but my acess is blocked.
I had this same problem in the past payment, i had to contact support and prove that i paid.
Would it be possible to help me please? The payment is due online, so i'd like to not have to go through that.
I'm waiting for some help.
We've seen this issue come up from time to time - it's an issue on Apple's side. iOS payments sometimes don't show up in our system.
The issue can usually be solved by you cancelling your iOS subscription and then repurchasing it.
For this month, I have upgraded your account in the backend. You are now on MM Personal until 09.02.2023. However, if the same issue recurs next month, please try the solution shared here 😃.

For future reference if you're struggling to get access to a plan you've paid for:
- Cancel your iOS subscription
- Purchase it again
