[RESOLVED] Restore not working properly

I can make a copy of an older version, but I cannot restore the same older version. So I have to create the copy and continue working with it. But that is certainly not the idea of restoration. Is there a solution for this?

    Translation:

    Hey!

    Is it possible that your internet connection isn't great? MindMeister depends on good internet so maybe that version of your map didn't save because there wasn't a strong connection? Otherwise my guess is the content should show up in version history even if you can't restore it for some reason.

    Can you please restore the mindmap version of 20.12.2022. I lost very important data. Unfortunately, I see only the version from 22.12.2022 (Screenshot in the attachment).

    The internet connection was good.

    We also had two people working on the same map with a different communication environment, but we could not restore that one either.

    Any tips on what I can restore?

    I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to restore old versions.

    Could you make share a screen recording of what's going on so I can understand better and share it with developers if need be?

    Could you also let me know which browser and browser version you're using and your operating system?
