What is the maximum of people i can share a map with in the pro plan?

Hello, I have a pro plan and shared a map successfully with 19 other people (not including myself, we are 20 in total), but now I wanted to add 1 more and this person isn't able to add pictures to the map.

Do I need to upgrade? The others all have access.

Hiya @AM, welcome to the community 👋 😀 and thanks @Rooster McNugget for the tag!

You can share your map with an unlimited number of users on all MindMeister plans (even basic!) but only paid users will be able to add images. This means that while you can share your map with many more than people, and even grant them editing rights, only those users who have a paid account will be able to add their own images.
