Mind Mapping for Neurodiverse Students
Hi all! I wanted to quickly share this post from Aventido exploring how neurodiverse students can use MindMeister for academic essay planning. It's a topic that's not only becoming more and more relevant for educators, but also an area that's very near and dear to our hearts at Meister: Improving our tools' accessibility features is one of our product team's primary goals this year!
We've often heard from neurodiverse users (both internally and externally) who've come to mind mapping as a way to supercharge their organization, note-taking, and overall professional and academic lives. Since MindMeister was integrated into the UK Government's Disabled Student Allowance scheme, this topic has only become more relevant.
Interested in more? Take a look at this quick video from John Hicks of the Studying with Dyslexia Blog!
Would be thrilled to hear more about your experiences as users, educators and professionals addressing neurodiversity and accessibility when using Meister products. Drop us a line in the comments with your experience!
Best,
Andrew
