How do I change my mind meister account name? It's not saving changes

Como faço para alterar o nome da minha conta no mind meister. Não está gravando alterações

Estou tentando mudar o meu nome original na conta e não consigo. Existe um botão para GRAVAR ALTERAÇÕES, mas não executa a ação, após ter alterado.

The steps @Rooster McNugget mentioned are absolutely corrrect.

If that doesn't work for you you you may try the following:

• log out of your account
• delete the cache of your browser
• or try to log in via another browser like Google Chrome
• log in again and try to make the desired changes in your profile

You should follow the following steps to change your account name:

1. click on you icon in the upper right corner
2. click on account
3. now you can change your name at "Personal details"
4. press "save"

Hope it worked and I could help you. Otherwise let me know!

Oh, and I use the browser Google Chrome, may you have to try it in this browser if you use an other one.
