Is there email support available for paid accounts?
I was under impression that there is an email support available for paid accounts, however, it seems that the only option available to me is to ask a community. Am I missing something? Are there ways to submit a bug report via email?

Hi @FB - thanks for reaching out and apologies for the difficulties here!
Expedited e-mail support is indeed available for paid accounts, and can be access by clicking the "?" button on each product, as detailed here.
However, at the moment there seems to be a bug preventing some accounts from seeing the "contact support" option on their accounts page.
While we fix the issue, I've DM'ed you a link where you can send your support ticket as a paid user.
Btw - you can always submit a bug report to the community 😀
