Why can't I pay to update my version?

Hi Guys

I have problems updating my version to pro.

All my card is with errors in the meister site, I already talked with my bank and all cards is good n working

Did have the contact of support?

If you're trying to pay via iOS, it's an issue on Apple's side. We've seen this come up from time to time as iOS payments sometimes don't show up in our system.

The issue can usually be solved by you cancelling your iOS subscription and then repurchasing it but don't worry for now - Support will be in touch.
