White Screen Dashboard

I'm here with some people, and we all use Meister, but today we're all getting a white screen when trying to use it. We've already cleared the browser cookies and cache... The issue only happens on the "dashboard" tab, but when opening a project link, it works normally.

    Thanks for reaching out, I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail. At the moment, we don't have any other reports of users facing the same issue.

    When you contact support, it'd be great to include as much information as possible:

    • include which account and mind maps are affected
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access 
    • Please send a screenshot or video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    Today, I am getting a white screen when trying to open the Meister dashboard. I've already cleared the browser cookies and cache and tried a different browser and it is still the same. When opening a project link, it works but the dashboard is blank. I don't know how to reach the support bot to file the issue.

    I have the same issue. I have looked into the link you have sent on how to contact support but how do I reach the support from the app if nothing is working it is blank? Could you please advise further?

    Currently, I'm encountering a blank screen when attempting to open the Meister dashboard. I've already cleared my browser's cookies and cache, tried the incognito mode, and the issue persists. However, when I open a project link directly, it loads. I don't know how to reach the support. Does anybody have a similar issue?

    we have received another report that this is happing also for other users. Our team has looked into the issue and identified a potential issue. We have released a fix this afternoon, that should hopefully resolve the issue.

    Please try if you can access your dashboard again. Thank you!

    It's been 7 days that I send a message to support but no one answers me!

    SAME PROBLEM WITH THE WHITE SCREEN HERE!

    I am really sorry that you cannot reach MindMeister at the moment, and very much understand how frustrating this must be. Thanks for reaching out to MindMeister support team last week! That is the best way to report possible bugs and seek further help.

    Checking in the backend, I can see that you contacted the Support several times last week. I can confirm that the Support team has received all your queries. I want to assure you, that they will get back to you and reach out via email.

    Every time you made an inquiry to the Support team, you should receive an email confirmation about your outreach. I would like to encourage you to reply to one of those emails, and send the Support team further details that will help them tackle the issue:

    1. Please try some troubleshooting first:
      - Try to open a different browser and see if MindMeister loads
      - Try an incognito mode in a browser
      - Try deleting cache and cookies
    2. If Step 1 does not help, then please reply to the first email and report the following details to the support team:
      - The name of the affected account (your e-mail address associated with it)
      - Tell the support team what you have tried so far to resolve the issue
      - Please send a video with the developer console open in a browser when you try to open MindMeister
