Anyone else's iOS app just constantly crashing?

We keep having this issue with Meistertask where iOS will crash to the home screen and you can't restart it.

Over the years this has always been a problem but getting a new iPad seemed to work for a short period of time.

Now Meistertask is crashing on the newest iPad and a reinstall/restart of the iPad won't fix it.

Meister support has never really fixed this issue permanently and it makes relying on this software as a business extremely difficult.

Reaching support in general is impossible too (phone lines don't work, support tickets are just passed around without resolution).

Regardless, we've submitted another ticket.

We'd 100% just use the webapp to do everything but adding tags on the web is a really slow process compared to the iOS and it's essential to our business.

I have the same problem. I just created my account. I'm on the 14-day trial plan. I love the desktop app, and the iPhone app gets the job done, but I haven't been able to use MeisterTask on my iPad. When I launch the app, it appears for half a second and then crashes. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, restarted, same problem. I updated the iOS on my iPad, reinstalled the app, same problem. I was considering replacing ClickUp with MeisterTask, but if I can't use it on iPad, I'll stick with ClickUp, especially since I read everywhere that the support is bad. It's a shame, because the desktop app is really good

It looks like it's something to do with their dashboard update. Still no fix.

If you tap into a project quick enough it'll work until you leave to the dashboard, then it will crash. You have to be pretty quick though.

It's no crashing on my side. But i can't read the whole text in the menu bar… but it works.
