Home Page Not Loading – White Screen Issue (Possible Bug)

Hi team,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue when accessing the MindMeister homepage – the screen remains completely white and nothing loads.

🔍 Problem:

  • When I go to mindmeister.com, the page loads blank.
  • However, I can access specific mind maps via saved links in my bookmarks.

✅ What I’ve tried so far:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Disabled extensions
  • Tried incognito mode
  • Used multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • Restarted router and PC
  • Tested on different internet connections
  • Checked for errors in developer console (see below)

⚠️ Console Errors:

  • OS: macOS
  • Browser: Google Chrome Version 122.0.6261.129 (64-bit)
  • Extensions: Temporarily disabled for testing
  • Internet speed: Stable connection (tested)

This seems like a possible backend issue or compatibility problem. I’d really appreciate your support in identifying and solving it. Thank you!

    I am very sorry that you are facing this issue. MindMeister has recently rolled out a new Homepage, and it seems like it is not working as intended for you! I can understand how frustrating this is. I am glad you can still reach your existing mind maps.

    I forwarded your issue to the Meister Support, thank you for providing excellent details in your message above. The Meister Support can look further into the issue and investigate any bugs. They will get in touch with you via Email.

    If anyone else is having similar issues, then I would recommend please also reach out to the Meister Support. You can see a quick How-to-guide here. I would highly recommend including the following details: Description of the problem, screenshot/video of the issue (with the developer console open), name/Url of affected mind maps
