problems accessing the maps

I haven't been able to access the maps since the beginning of April because they don't appear for me and the screen keeps loading and never loads any maps. Can someone help me? I left the image here...

    I am so sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with accessing your mind maps. I saw in the backend that you already reached out to the MindMeister support, they will keep you updated.

    As you probably already know, we've identified that some users are encountering difficulties accessing MindMeister through the main dashboard. The good news is that your mind maps are likely still accessible if you happen to have the direct links to them.

    Hi @Thiago Alves , If you have any mind maps bookmarked, the links should still be accessible. Otherwise, I recommend reaching out to the Support team member you're in contact with—they'll assist you further.

    I can't access any maps in my favorites. I hope you guys fix this soon, it's a mess.
