I cannot access one of my map due to "This map exceeds the allowed number of total topics?

I cannot access one of my maps.

The error message states that: "This map exceeds the allowed number of total topics, Please contact support for assistance."

I emailed the support team but there hasn't yet been a reponse.

Is there any other way i can fix this problem?

I spent one month on that map, i cannot afford to lose it.

    No worries about losing this data, your map is safe and sound! When maps hit the limit of 10,000 topics, our support team can split your map into smaller, more manageable maps. They should be in touch with you to fix this ASAP.
