Basic plan access three project

EN Business Posts: 11 Beginner

My staff account is on basic plan and i have shared her 3 of my project as member. She only able to access 2 and they said she have excess the limit. I tried delete and add again but same thing happen.

It keep prompting to upgrade meistertask. is this what Meistertask do to force people upgrade?

    Hey, does your colleague have a 3rd project of her own or maybe she's been added to somebody elses? So in total she has three already?

    Hi Misa, To avoid any confusion, i took a picture of the dashboard. There are only 3 projects there. Unless there is other area that keeping the project that we may not see.

    Oh this is strange.

    I will create a task for the devs to investigate this. I'll update the thread here with any news.

    To be clear, who cannot access the project? We would need to know her email and the name of the project she cannot open. Would also be great if she could enable support access to her account.

    Hi Misa, the account is leo@houseonthehill.com.sg. The project that she cant access is MS enquiries automated.

    She have also enable support access to her account. Hope we able to hear from you soon on this.

    Hi @House on the Hill,

    I have the solution!

    This is the aftermath of external sharing removal.

    The user has still access to project HOTH Recruitment but cannot see it because they were 'soft deleted' based on our external sharing release.

    What does this mean? As a basic user, your colleague is not meant to be part of any projects outside of their team projects.

    What can you do?

    1. Inform your colleague that they should ask the admin of project HOTH Recruitment to remove them from the project so they get back access to the projects that they can see.
    2. (Better option) Merge together as a team (with your colleague) so they can access the project.

    Hi Misa,

    Thank you for checking on this, yet this doesnt make sense. The admin of the HOTH recruitment is no longer in the company and we dont have her access.
    The reason why we create Recruitment 2024 is also because MeisterTask updated recently on this. At the same time, the staffs cant choose to exit the project as well.

    Can your side help to delete this project? or may allow us to reset the password of my ex staff.

    A few of my colleagues was a member in HOTH Recruitment too. They all now only able to access 2 projects and HOTH Recruiment now is not accessible after the change of MeisterTask user right. Can help to delete the HOTH Recruitment completely?

    The recommendation action earlier from meistertask was creating a new project and add the members in. We did it but ended up the existing project still consider accessible. This is not as what communicated.
