[RESOLVED] App doesn't start on Mac or Windows

Hi Comunity,

since today morning our Meistertask app (3.0.8) on the Mac (macOS 13.6.6) doesn't start anymore. The spinnig circle is running forever. We can login via Browser and on the iPhone without problems.

We already try the following:
1. Restart computer

2. Delete app and reinstall

3. Delete app and all Preference & Application Support stuff and reinstall

All steps didn't help.

Any ideas how to solve would be great!

    Thanks Hugo. Indicates that it is a problem on the Meistertask side. The login doesn't work on all of our computers and for all users.

    Any comments from the support team?

    I've got exactly the same problem – only since today. Hopefully, support team has a quick & good solution :-)

    Hi Rooster,

    thanks. Support team has just replied: They suggest to uninstall the app, delete the cache directory, empty the trash, restart and install again. We did that already and it doesn't helped. We will try again right now.

    Hope there is another solution.

    I can confirm the behaviour on my Windows machine too. @Rooster McNugget has informed the Meister Team. I think we can await further information about this issue soon.
