Meistertask -Setting for moving tasks within OR between projects
At the moment you must pick the project when moving task EVEN IF I mostly work WITHIN a project. Therefore, it would be great if you could have a setting for move within OR between projects.

Compact mindmap option
Mindmaps get too big when expanded. Within Simplemind, you can view a lot of data in a compact view vs Mindmeister you have to scroll and zoom out to really see it with lots of branches

More Flexible Task Repeat Options
Hi, the current implementation of the task repeat settings is limited compared to Outlook and Thunderbird's task recurrence settings. I'd like to see similar settings. Some of my task repetitions depend on when the last one was completed. I don't think there is a way to set it in Meister Task yet. Outlook Thunderbird

Unpin task from Agenda when Status set to Complete
A useful automation would be for a task to be unpinned if the status is set to complete. This turns the job of "Completing" into a single flow rather than unpinning then completing. Chris

Permission levels/Assignees
It'd be great to have different pages with different access levels or assignees. I could assign my coworkers a guide on a new project but for each department I could add different people. This would eliminate clutter and keep irrelevant information away from other staff that don't need it.

It would be very useful, if you could see the due date also on the task in MeisterNote. Or better, if you could direct set a due date by creating a task in MeisterNote. This way I always have to switch into MT to see the due date.

Automated Contents Pages for Notes
Is there scope for an auto generated Contents Page for long notes using the hierarchy of the H1 H2 H3 headings etc? Our team used to use Freedcamp and this was a feature in their documentation tool and was very useful to navigating to important sections. Feeback on this idea would be great! 😀

Atm you can add or move tasks to sections even if the limit is reached. Make the limit a restriction and not only an information, so it is impossible to add or move a task to a section that reached the limit
