SOS, I can't print my mindmap :

I bought paid version just to print my map …

Can you help me ?

    Since it seems you just purchased your paid account, could you try to log out and log in again?

    Maybe that's what's needed for your web browser to update the new privileges on your session.

    2. Désactiver les plug-ins installés sur le navigateur.
    3. Rafraîchir la page.
    4. Vérifier l'URL du site.
    5. Contacter l'administrateur du site pour obtenir les droits d'accès.
    6. Contacter l'Internet Service Provider.
