Is there a way to set the default colors instead of going to the color selector?

Is there a way to set the default colors instead of going to the color selector? It's very tedious having to copy and paste the photo number to match what you're using.

I could be mistaken, but I thought there might've been a way around this by copying style and pasting, but I don't see that now.
