How to contact a support regarding invoice problem?

Hi guys!

Has anyone of you ever managed to contact MM support? Unfortunately, all I can find are FAQs which are useless in my case. I need to talk to a human.

Any ideas? Shall I ask my assistant to call and mail their random addresses and all available corporate / office numbers or is there any other way I am just missing?
