Hi!

I need to speak with someone about being double billed but can't find an email or phone number to speak with a human. Anyone have any ideas?

    I am also trying to contact customer service about billing. I am not getting anywhere by clicking on the question mark at the bottom of the map.

    I also need to speak to someone as i turned off auto renew when I signed up as only needed while i was studying and it has automatically renewed and i have no use for this software…. if i go to contact us it just takes me to the FAQs and doesnt show me an option to talk to someone.
